Do I need to replace TTN or ChirpStack?
No. Datakubo sits on top. Keep TTN or ChirpStack running your network — Datakubo just handles what your customers see.
How long does setup take?
Under 15 minutes for the first customer. Add a webhook to your LoRaWAN server, create a customer, assign devices — done.
Can my customers log in without me being involved?
Yes. Each customer gets their own login on your branded portal. They see only their own devices and data — nothing else.
Is Datakubo really white-labeled?
Yes. Your logo, your colors, and on the Pro plan your own custom domain (e.g. portal.yourbrand.com). Your customers never see Datakubo.
What hardware does Datakubo support?
Anything that runs on TTN or ChirpStack. If your devices already report into a LoRaWAN network server, they work with Datakubo.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Pick a plan or cancel — no auto-charge. We will never bill you without your explicit confirmation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Export your data, cancel from your dashboard, done.
