Do I need to replace TTN, ChirpStack, or my data concentrator?
No. Datakubo sits on top: keep TTN, ChirpStack or your data concentrator running your network, and Datakubo handles what your customers see. If you don’t run a network server at all, take the managed network route instead — our LoRaWAN partner deploys and maintains the network, and you never touch LoRaWAN configuration.
How long does setup take?
Under 30 minutes for the first customer. Add a webhook to your LoRaWAN server, create a customer, assign devices — done.
Can my customers log in without me being involved?
Yes. Each customer gets their own login on your branded portal. They see only their own devices and data — nothing else.
Is Datakubo really white-labeled?
Yes. Your logo and your colors on every plan, and your own custom domain (e.g. portal.yourbrand.com) included in Professional, where your customers never see Datakubo.
What hardware does Datakubo support?
Anything that runs on TTN, ChirpStack, or a data concentrator. If your devices already report into a LoRaWAN network server, they work with Datakubo.
What if my meters don't use LoRaWAN?
If your meters use walk-by or data concentrators instead of LoRaWAN, tell us about your setup — we evaluate custom integrations based on demand. Let's talk — 30-minute video call
What if I get stuck setting it up?
You don’t carry that risk. We register your first customer’s webhook with you, on the call. If you are not seeing decoded data in your portal by the time we finish, we give you the first 3 months on us. And if a meter sends an odd or unsupported payload, send us the datasheet and we write the decoder at no cost within 24 hours. We will never bill you without your explicit confirmation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Export your data, cancel from your dashboard, done.
Is Datakubo a general IoT platform, or only for water?
Only water. Datakubo is the platform built exclusively for remote water metering and smart water management — the dashboards, the AI leak detection, the zone balance and non-revenue water analysis, the consumption reports and the billing exports are all designed around the water meter, not adapted from a generic IoT tool.
